Sales Executive / Account Manager

Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission potential

Full Time 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Sales professional who thrives on selling and is eager to contribute to an ambitious, fast-growing company. We offer a generous base salary along with uncapped commission potential, recognising and rewarding your hard work and sales success.

You’ll collaborate closely with the senior Sales team to grow and develop sales in our Commercial divisions - selling into dynamic sectors including sport, horticulture, agriculture, construction and events.

You’ll provide outstanding customer service, primarily over the phone, while managing relationships, generating leads, and maximising sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

· Regularly engaging with customers and maintaining records in our CRM system.

· Advising potential and existing customers on products and services, sharing promotional updates and marketing information.

 

Sales

· Maximising sales to our existing customer base and taking opportunities to upsell

· Re-engaging lapsed customers, identify product gaps in our range, and assisting with merchandising and marketing materials.

· Visiting customers where required 

Research & Development

· Identifying areas to strengthen brand presence and monitor competitor activity to explore potential opportunities.

· Building a pipeline of new leads

· Attending relevant exhibitions and industry events .

Candidates will be expected to have proven, successful sales experience with the ability to sell over the telephone as well as face to face and a thorough understanding of margin criteria.

You will have a confident communication style and strong written and IT skills.

As part of a small, hands-on team you will be expected to take the initiative, prioritise your workload and plan in order to meet targets and deadlines.

There is great potential for growth in this role for an experienced Sales professional with a positive outlook and a 'Can-do' attitude.
